How we handle your data
GreenClaimFix is a service of Just IT, company code 305582536, VAT LT100013422616, Vilnius, Lithuania. Just IT is the controller of the personal data described here. Reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
- The shop address you scan and the public product texts we read from it (titles, descriptions, product links).
- Your email, when you ask for a free check, sign in or write to us, together with the consent text you agreed to and the time.
- Technical data from your browser and connection, used for the security of the service.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
- Sign-in requests: the email you enter to get a sign-in link and the time. The link stops working after 30 minutes.
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The one cookie we set is a technical cookie needed for the security of the service.
Why we use it
- To run the scan and show you the result (our legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for).
- To send you the link that starts your free check and the results, and to follow up once about them (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
- To answer your message (your request).
- To send you a sign-in link to your reports (your request).
Who processes it for us
- AI service providers that analyse product texts and suggest wording. They receive only the public text of product pages, never your email.
- A security provider that protects the service against automated requests.
- Our hosting and email providers store the data on our behalf.
Product texts are public information published by the shop. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Scan results and findings: up to 24 months, so a report can show what changed over time.
- Raw product texts read during a scan: up to 90 days.
- Your email and consent record: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact.
- Technical data: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing, through the contact form. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
